Innocrazy Tech Services Private Limited ("Innocrazy," "we," "us," or "our") operates a WhatsApp Business Platform that enables businesses ("Clients") to communicate with their customers over WhatsApp. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it, when Clients and their end customers use our platform.

1. Who We Are

Innocrazy Tech Services Private Limited, registered at S-193, near Govt. School, School Block, Block S1, Shakarpur, New Delhi, Delhi – 110092, India (CIN: U72200DL2021PTC390518). We operate as a Meta WhatsApp Tech Provider, delivering WhatsApp-based communication solutions to enterprise clients, including in the banking, NBFC, and financial services sectors.

2. Information We Collect

  • Business account information: business name, phone numbers, WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) details, and business profile information provided by our Clients.
  • Message data: the content, direction, type, and delivery status of messages sent and received through the platform on behalf of our Clients.
  • End-customer contact information: phone numbers and names of individuals who message our Clients via WhatsApp.
  • Usage and analytics data: message volumes, template performance, agent activity, and platform usage statistics, used to operate, secure, and improve the service.
  • Account and login information: names, email addresses, and roles of individuals who access the platform on behalf of a Client.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described above solely to:

  • Provide WhatsApp messaging services on behalf of our Clients, as an independent Meta WhatsApp Tech Provider;
  • Enable Clients to communicate with, and respond to, their own customers;
  • Maintain the security, integrity, and reliability of the platform, and prevent misuse or abuse;
  • Provide Clients with analytics and reporting about their own account activity; and
  • Comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

We do not use Client or end-customer data for any purpose unrelated to providing and improving the platform.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only as necessary to provide the service:

  • Meta Platforms, Inc., as the provider of the underlying WhatsApp Business Platform and Cloud API through which messages are sent and received.
  • Service providers, such as hosting and infrastructure providers, who process data on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
  • Legal and regulatory authorities, where required by applicable law.

We do not sell personal data to any third party.

5. Data Security

We apply industry-standard security practices appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we handle, including:

  • Encryption of sensitive data (including access tokens and API keys) at rest and in transit;
  • Strict logical separation of each Client's data from other Clients' data (multi-tenant isolation);
  • Role-based access controls and the principle of least privilege for our own personnel; and
  • Ongoing monitoring and logging to detect and respond to security incidents.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services to the relevant Client, or as required by applicable law or legitimate business purposes (such as security, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance), after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.

Subject to applicable law, individuals may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, or to raise any privacy-related concern, using the details below.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for use by businesses and their adult customers and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
